Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipments usually go on Mondays. If you need it earlier for an event. Please contact us directly.

We offer free shipping across US, unless stated on the product. For German Silver we may charge additional shipping cost due to the additional weight of the product.

We charge a flat rate of $9 for shipping to Canada. 

We do not ship outside US and Canada at this time. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@aarzucollections.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
